What Coachly reads, and why

What we do not collect
Coachly does not connect to your calendar, email, payment accounts or health data, and it does not ask for access to your photos, contacts or location.
Where it lives
Supabase (Postgres), row-level security on every table, scoped so one account can only reach its own rows.
Third-party AI provider: Anthropic. When you send a chat message, it is routed through a Supabase Edge Function to Anthropic (maker of Claude) to generate the coach's reply. What we send: the text of your message, your last few chat messages, your onboarding answers (goals and what you are avoiding), and a summary of this week's plan and habits — nothing else from your account. Anthropic does not use this content to train its models. The first time you chat, Coachly asks you to confirm before anything is sent; you can decline and Coachly will not send that message. You can withdraw this later in Settings → AI coach data sharing; from then on nothing is sent to Anthropic until you allow it again.
We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Deleting it
Settings → My account → Delete account removes your rows immediately, or email hello@coachly.build. Deletion is immediate and not reversible.
Children
Coachly is for adults running businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
What Coachly is not
Not a medical or mental-health service, not a licensed financial adviser. It does not diagnose, it does not prescribe, and it will not tell you to spend, borrow, or bet on a business decision.
