The service
Coachly assigns daily work, measures it against sources you connect, and changes the method when you slip. It is software. It is in active development and features change.
Not professional advice
Coachly is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, accountant, or licensed financial adviser. It does not give personalised investment advice. Decisions you take after reading it are yours. If something Coachly suggests conflicts with advice from a qualified professional, follow the professional.
Your account
One person per account. Keep your credentials to yourself. You own what you write; you grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you.
Acceptable use
No reselling access, no scraping, no attempting to extract other accounts' data, no using Coachly to harass anyone.
Availability
No uptime guarantee during development. We will tell you before anything destructive happens to your data.
Ending it
Delete your account whenever you like; it takes effect immediately. We may suspend an account that breaks the acceptable-use section.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Coachly is provided as-is and our liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
